Terms of Service

These terms govern vegaslocalpros.com, operated by SOCO PWA LLC under the Vegas Local Pros brand (“VLP”). By using the site you accept them.

For homeowners

VLP is a free matching service — we connect your request with one licensed, insured local contractor. We are not the contractor: the agreement, pricing, scheduling, warranty, and work quality are solely between you and the contractor. Always verify license and insurance before work begins. You may decline any quote with zero obligation.

For contractors

Leads are sold exclusively — one contractor per request — and are billed to your prepaid wallet on successful delivery. Funds are non-refundable except through the dispute process (bad number, out-of-area, duplicate), which credits your wallet when approved. You must hold a current Nevada contractor’s license and insurance for the trades you receive. Contacting homeowners for anything beyond the described job, or reselling lead data, terminates the account.

Reviews

Reviews are collected only from homeowners who received service through the platform and are published after moderation. We never sell or fabricate reviews.

Limits

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent Nevada law allows, SOCO PWA LLC is not liable for contractor work, scheduling, or outcomes; our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 90 days (or $100 for homeowners).
