Vegas Local Pros is a brand of SOCO PWA LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you request a contractor through vegaslocalpros.com and how it’s used.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, optional email, and a description of the work — plus attribution data (referrer, UTM parameters) showing how you found us. Calls to tracked numbers may be recorded.

How we use it

Your request details are shared with exactly one licensed local contractor so they can contact you about the job — never a list of callers, never resold to multiple buyers. We use contact details to send service texts (request confirmation, verification, one-time review asks), for quality and fraud screening, and to operate the marketplace.

Texts & consent

By checking the consent box you agree to receive service-related SMS/calls from Vegas Local Pros and the matched contractor at the number you provided. Consent isn’t required to hire anyone. Reply STOP anytime to opt out, START to resume. Message/data rates may apply.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data to data brokers, don’t share your request with more than one contractor, and don’t publish reviews without moderation. Analytics (if enabled) are used only to improve the service.

Your rights

Nevada residents may request access to or deletion of their information. Email privacy@vegaslocalpros.com — requests are honored within 30 days.
