Are leads really exclusive?
Yes. A qualified lead goes to exactly one partner — chosen by trade, service-area zip, and daily-cap rotation. We never sell the same lead twice, and our dispute system exists precisely because exclusivity is the product.
What happens if a lead is junk?
Dispute it from your dashboard within 7 days. Wrong numbers, out-of-area leads and duplicates get refunded automatically — no calls, no emails. Other reasons go to review and usually resolve in a day.
How do payments work?
Prepaid wallet. Deposit via Stripe, leads deduct automatically on delivery. When your balance drops below your threshold, your saved card reloads — you set both amounts and can turn it off anytime.
Can I pause or cancel?
Pause anytime with one toggle in settings — leads stop instantly. There's no contract, no monthly fee, and unused wallet balances are refundable.
How fast do leads arrive?
Under 60 seconds from verification — SMS and email simultaneously, plus a webhook if you want it in your CRM. Speed-to-lead is on you after that; first to call usually wins.
What do you require to sign up?
An active Nevada contractor's license (or trade-equivalent certification), general liability insurance, and a mobile number for lead delivery. We verify before leads flow.
What if my trade is capped?
